In 2021, I was given the wonderful opportunity to design and animate a music video for Storybots’ upcoming Phonics: Learn to Read series on Netflix! Main objective: teach young new readers how to identify and use the “SH” sound when reading and writing. And as they say… with great two letter combos comes GREAT reshonshibility. Or shomething.

The wonderful Storybots team gave me heaploads* of freedom to set the style, animate perfectly impertfect silly scenes, and fully lose myself in the design and animation. The project was simply a blast to work on.

*heaploads is a word - but don’t ask the Storybots, because they might tell you it’s not.
